Balance • Motion • Connection

Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time, like dew on the tip of a leaf.
~ Rabindranath Tagore ~
It is a healing tradition, built upon the ancient practices of shamanic wisdom, that facilitates connection to Self, Other, and the Universe.
We gather in Sacred Ceremony to explore the mysteries of life together and engage in a process of meaning-making. By reflecting on our life's experiences, asking ourselves soul-searching questions, giving ourselves permission to access our vulnerability, and opening the inquiry into our consciousness from every angle ~ mind, body, heart, and soul ~ we allow ourselves to believe in the miraculous and to be awed by our discoveries.
Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual tradition known to humankind. It is a tradition of direct revelation. Spiritual and lived experiences are enriched when related to the archetypal and universal, yet at their most fundamental are individual and personal. In the creation of Sacred Ceremony we engage in a conversation with our Higher Self and we discover the mystery and beauty of our own divinity clothed in the robes of our own humanity.
In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask you
one of four questions:
when did you stop dancing?
when did you stop singing?
when did you stop being enchanted by stories?
when did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?
